Cunosc 2 persoane care-l folosesc pe smartphone si tableta si pot intra pe ts.gw2.ro, deci probabil este o chestiune de setari in versiunea ta portable. Oricum, incearca intai sa vezi daca se conecteaza la orice al server RO, din cate stiu versiunea de Android este beta si are ceva bugs, trebuie sa folosesti neaparat TS3. Mult mai functionala este versiunea de iOS (Apple) pentru IPhones, eu am folosit-o fara probleme.
Redau mai jos modalitatea de rezolvare a altor utilizatori internationali de TS pe Android (citeste aici tot thread-ul

What you need to do is export your identity from PC to Android.
Settings -> Identity -> Export and save that file. You then need to open it up and copy the part in between the quotes on the identity="xxx" line. How you get that string to your phone is up to you. Saving it as a text file on drop box or e-mailing the line to yourself works best."
Cu mentiunea ca dupa instalare ar trebui sa schimbi setarile de spam protection in "lower" ca sa nu ramai "blind" mai bine de 20 minute, ar trebui sa-ti rezolve problema.
